A carrier screws up: Hits mailbox and drives away. Management screws up: Disregards customer's valid complaints. Customer has video. MANY customers now have video. We have a trusted reputation among the public and this type of thing sullies that reputation. Don't let it happen here. Own up to an error and fix what should be fixed.
